Customer insights and 360
360 degree customer view starts with the process of identifying and gathering operational data sources of all channels into a data lake followed by the process of deduplication that identifies customers uniquely across channels. Once the customers are uniquely identified, derive powerful insights of customers by identifying key customer touch points across number of channels and applications.
SparkOD is working on creating analytical models for 360 degree customer view which are ready to plug-in with your data model.
